Line Vigilante Needed In East Hampton CVS

I was in the CVS in East Hampton the other day, waiting patiently in line. When this older (had to be) city couple came up and stood right at the counter behind the person that was being helped.

So I leaned in and said, "The line is over here!"

So they look at me like I have ten heads and say, "Well why would the line be over there? How is anybody supposed to know that. That is stupid."

So I say "Well that is the way it has always been in this store!"

Not the best rude story, could have been a lot worse. It is just the intro to the summer. And I will NOT keep my mouth shut!

  1. that is definitely a good rude story! that happens to me all the time at espresso in sag harbor

  2. Sounds like the storyteller is equally as rude...

  3. It happens in the Southampton CVS too. It is so annoying. Just say you'd know that if you lived here year round, not for 8 weeks.

  4. Why does everybody in windmill and sag harbor just stare at over weight people ? Don't. They think that a person can be Ill and be on medication . Insulate maybe where side effects make u gain weight . And they whisper and stare right in your face. And I'm talking about maybe 20 or 30 pounds over weight. People with money are rude and miserable people.. Woman mostly..
